CaryTheDude (1113), Longmont, Colorado, USA May 18, 2008 Disappointed. Very smooth and easy to drink, but beyond that, not much with a flat, bland aftertaste. I thought I’d never say something bad about Bells. Damn. EHopper (274), Minnesota, USA May 17, 2008 Great, fresh citrus and grain aroma with color to match. Easily the smoothest and richest wheat ale I have had. Nice bit of spice and hoppy finish as well in this style beer. Pretty refreshing without being a "candy" beer. One to share with friends. joshwilfong (769), Cleveland, Ohio, USA May 17, 2008 orange with large white head. flavor is of pale malt with some spice and classic wheat component killtuba (11), Burke, Virginia, USA May 14, 2008 overall very good beer - aroma is excellent, with hint of citrus. first taste goes down smooth, with increasing hop bitterness throughout. very refreshing beer. scraff (1920), Baltimore, Maryland, USA May 12, 2008 Draft - Hazed gold, creamy white head. Light honey wheat and citrus aromas warm to a touch of grassiness. Faint bready wheat and citrus flavors balance each other well. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Decent for a lawn mower chugger... Butters (1622), Virginia, USA May 11, 2008 Updated: Jun 20, 2009Bottle shared with Barrios at work. Golden clear with small white head. Lemon citrus is faint in the aroma. Ever so slightly bitter. Wheat taste. Fair I suppose, but I didn’t care for this personally. shendrix (478), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA May 11, 2008 The flavor is corn and wheat mingling with lemon zest and lightly accented grapefruit with clover hops and honeysuckle coming through in the finish. Nice. BrianHagmeier (257), Coralville, Iowa, USA May 10, 2008 Smells wonderful and pours a cloudy amber with a nice frothy white head. Out standing wheat flavor with just a little extra hops to define it from it German predecessor. Still a little to sweet.
