A nice, summer unfiltered wheat ale. It has light notes of coriander along with its cirus zest, but it’s balance leans a little much towards the malt and it can be watery on the palate when bought on draft. Overall though, it is a drinkable, refreshing summer beer.

Aroma: Some nasty caramel, alcohol, a hint of hops. A little bit of spiciness in the aroma. Flavor starts fruity, goes to just straight up malt sweetness and a lot of it, then some dry bitterness carry it into the finish. The finish does not work well: moderate, dry bitterness clashes with some remaining sweetness and spiciness. Alcohol is detectable at the beginning to the finish as well.

12oz bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of grain, earth, wheat, grass, light spice and honey notes. Flavor is sweet and somewhat floral with notes of wheat, spice, grass, yeast, hints of caramel, honey and light floral hops. Generally light to medium body with a pleasing light floral hop and wheat finish.

This smells great. A malty but good aroma. Flavor is smooth and easily drinkable, this is quite tasty. Hard to even think of this as an American Wheat. Good stuff.

Off tap at The Waterfront in Anna Maria...Poured hazy orange w/ a white head...had some good lacing. Nose of citrus, some pine, tiny bit of malt. Spicy, citrusy on the flavor...Good medium mouthfeel and not too watery. Solid effort...

Very nice beer, has a pleasant after taste of citrus, best served chilled and in a big glass.
