Feb 18, 2008 poured into a weizen. nice, 2 finger white head. hazy light orange, or yellow, depending on the angle of the light. couldn’t pick up much in aroma at all. what i could pick up smelled like stale beer that a peach rotted in, although very faint hint of peach. light body, very easy to drink. tastes much better than it smells. very slight hint of peach again and maybe that taste i can’t quite put a finger on is a wheaty flavor?

Feb 12, 2008 Pours a nice warm orange color with medium head. Light lacing. Wheat, hops, and alcohol flavor improved with slice of citrus. I don’t believe the hype.

Feb 8, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours hazy orangne with white head. Smells of citrus and yeast, taste is citrus and wheat. This is the beer that led to my discovery of craft beer some 11 years ago. Taste buds have really changed since back then but still a good brew.

Feb 4, 2008 Bottle. Slightly cloudy orangey-yellow. White head dissipates immediately. Very light citrus hops aroma. Sparkly taste of hops, citrus, pine and an alcohol bite. A hint of spices, like rosemary. I used to down pitchers of this with orange slices in it back in college. Very refreshing and tasty.

Feb 3, 2008 My favorite ’local’ wheat beer. Similar to to a Blue Moon but a more distinct taste of citrus and spices. Golden-cloudy appearance with white head after the pour. Goes good with a slice of orange during the Summer months. Only gripe.....Please make this beer year round!

Feb 2, 2008 12oz bottle. A great wheat ale! Poured a hazy golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Nose of citrus, European hops and yeast. light-medium in body and a very refreshing finish.

Feb 1, 2008 Bottle. Color was a cloudy yellow with about two fingers of white head that left a thick lacing around the glass. Aroma was nice it reminded me of the smell of bread dough. You know that sweet yeasty smell that you used to get in the kitchen when your mom or grandma would make fresh bread when you were a kid. The taste is refreshing, tangy but smooth yet filled with hops that just as it hits the back of your tongue fads off into a nice fruity flavor. I really liked this beer it was impressive, I will absolutely be trying more of the beers that bell’s makes.
