Jul 25, 2009 Bottle sample at Brevard County Beer Fest--Orange color beer with no real head. Aroma of wheat and bananas. Light carbonation and fruity wheat was in the taste, with a fizzy finish.

Jul 25, 2009 bottle batch 9218 bottled June 25, 2009 poured a golden in color with a thin white foamy head. aroma has wheat, light orange, slight hops, and a little bit of sweetness. medium mouth feel but some what thick. flavor has a hefty bit of wheat, bitterness, light citrus, and a little bit of yeast. nice and tasty with plenty of flavor for a wheat beer.

Jul 19, 2009 Characters of citrus orange and malt. Creamy palate with a nice light finish. Very smooth. When remainder of bottle was added after initial tasting, the sediment and brew interestingly formed a colloidal suspension.

Jul 15, 2009 Taste 7/9 Bottle. Looks: Nice cloudy orange body with a disappearing foam. Aroma: Nice citrus and wheat without being sweet. Taste: One of my favorite summer wheat ales. Flavors are blended without being sticky or sweet. Occasional session beer.

Jul 14, 2009 Batch #8354, bottled March 5, 2008. Poured a slightly hazt orange amber color with a small off-white head. There was a good sweet malt aroma with some spice. A nice creamy texture with good carbonation. Despite the haze, carbonation bubbles could be seen rising in the glass. The taste got slightly dry towards the finish with somewhat of a toffee flavor and a little bit of hops at the end. Being over a year old I’m sure this had mellowed out some of the hops. I’ll have to get a fresher bottle to taste the difference.

Jul 12, 2009 Pours cloudy yellow gold with lots of sediment and a thin white head that disappears. Aroma is wheat and mild citrus. Very tasty nothing is overpowering and also has a good hop balance. Creamy medium body and carbonation. Orange rind finish.

Jul 12, 2009 Orange-amber body with a thin off-white head. Spicy, sweet, wheat aroma...nice. Surprisingly creamy mouthfeel with a crisp finish. Crisp and refreshing with some sweet citrus up front and a zest, spicy bite at the end. A refreshing summer brew.
