Aroma is of haircare products such as hairspray. Light wheatiness. Not my favorite Bell’s but worth trying. StewardofGondor (1934), Washington Heights - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Smells of Wonderbread, orange cream, nutmeg and cloves. Taste is cherry-vanilla, amarillo and orange cream. Subtly sweet. Not really any strong flavor elements; rather reserved. Decent summer drink. tronraner (1933), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 4, 2006 Bottle. Pours very cloudy yellow with thin white head. The aroma is of wheat and lemon zest with some bready notes. The flavor is crisp and zesty with a yeasty foundation. Some grapefruity hops are even evident in the finish, but fade into a clean, slightly sweet aftertaste. Refreshing. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 25, 2004 Aroma is wheat and sour fruit. Apperance is a murky orange with a moderate head and excellent lacing. Flavor is sour with some oranges, pears, and bananas. A very refreshing summer beer that offers lightness along with complexity. I am impressed with Bells if they can brew a decent American Wheat! Because usually I despise this style of beer. Get out the lawnmower come June and grab this beer! swoopjones (1919), Buffalo, New York, USA

Had in bottle before & on tap in Chicago. pours a orangish & cloudy gold. Citrusy aroma. Big sort of artifical & perfumy flavor. One of the better American wheat I’ve encountered Kevin (1918), Colorado, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 28, 2006 Hazed golden orange body with a lasting pocked white head. Lemon banana and yeast nose. Sweet thick flavor that is like buttered apples and lemon cream pies. Plainly said it is refreshing light goodness. Really fills in the rough spots after sweating my balls off all day. A touch of vanilla in the finish with the yeasty tang.
