Medium yellow, sediment-speckled body with a reasonable white head. Yeasty aromas, with lemon, banana and clove. Flavor starts lemon-sour with a creamy mouthfeel, then ends sweet and a little sticky. "Pleasant" sums it up.

Very aromatic, citrusy/yeasty. Good color, a little dark for the style but acceptable. Good wheat flavors on the palate and nice bubbly mouth feel.

Poured a murky yellowish brew with some sediment. The head was medium thickness, off white, creamy. The aroma was sour, citrusy, had hints of lemon grass. The flavor was sour, very crisp and clean, some coriander. The palate was very crisp. All in all a good solid wheat ale.

This blond wheat beer poured with a short white head, eliciting a strong, fresh aroma. The flavor is light with a slightly biting finish. Great beer on for a hot summer day.

Bright ,thick, cloudy yellow with a medium head (off tap). Nose is wheat, passion fruit, lighter citrus, maybe papaya. Pleasure on the palate, super refreshing, perfect amount of carbonation. Taste begins with strong wheat and bready notes and bursts into citrus and light tropical fruit flavors with slight alcohol presence in the abrupt saaz hop end. From the big sun tapper, it is a perfect refresher and can go head to head with the best American saisons and the lighter American wheat ales!
