Small fizzy head above a yellow body with a slight orange tint. Really no aroma at all. Maybe some wheat. But basically nothing. It does have decent flavor though, but is also light. Sort of a very light fruity wheat taste. Fruit includes oranges, bananas, apples and some light pilsner-hop bitterness. I appreciate the "complexity" in the taste, though it is very light. I could still enjoy a few on a hot day.

Hazy light golden appearance, average white head. Alluring sour aroma - hints of green apples, wheatiness. Some spice in the flavor, maltiness, with the wheat coming out quite nicely in the finish. One of the better and more original wheat beers I’ve ever had.

Tap at pub, Kalamazoo. Hazy dark yellow colour, tiny white head. Aroma has wheat, citrus and yeast. Flavour is grainy, citrus and grassy hops. Refreshing and easy drinkable.

12 oz. bottle - thanks to beerlando for the trade; pours a beautiful hazy light orange with frothy off-white head; aromas of lemons, grass, wheat and stale grain; aromas sort of on the rich side; bready, raw grain, lemons, yeast and honey; very nice texture and great beer overall; could drink plenty of this

Had this beer on 6/23/2000. Aroma is hoppy and sweet. Color is a light gold. Taste starts with a light body that goes down crisp. Finish is a clean bitter taste (I mean there is nothing there but bitterness). I did not like this beer.

Expected more but nothing really special. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a big fizzy head. Smells of stale wheat and tastes like a hefe without the banana flavor. Nice and refreshing but weak on flavor.

Light, yellowish-haze. Cloudy wheat style. Crisp and fruity. A good wheat beer, and very drinkable.
