Mild aroma of spices and wheat. Excellent mouthfeel and fine carbonation. Taste includes some light citrus and wheat. It’s well balanced and quite tasty. By far the best American Wheat I have had so far. FlssmrBrewAlum (1174), Lisle, Illinois, USA

Pours a pretty cloudy bright orange with minimal head that quickly dissipates. Smells of malt and some light citrus notes. Taste is a very nice yeastiness that is followed by a small citrus bight. Finish is a small citrus bite and a wheaty smooth aftertaste. Well balanced wheat beer that is enjoyable and refreshing. moejuck (1172), Ohio, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 26, 2008 April 2006 - This beer poured light, cloudy yellow with nice head and outstanding lacing. Aroma was wheaty and yeasty with some oranges (citrus hops are "in" this year, it’s seeming every beer I try is orange/citrus lately!). The flavor was orangey sweet, even more than the wheaty base...smooth and extremely drinkable. For an American Wheat (not my favorite wheat style by a long shot), this isn’t bad. The citrusy hopy make it stand out from the others and I do like the splash of orange. Not as "wheaty" as I would like (which is my common complaint against this style). Poured a cloudy golden with a small fizzy off-white head. Sweet aroma of clove, a touch of banana, caramel, and lemon. Taste is light citrus, grass, a bit of sugary sweetness and lots of dry toffee. Reasonably full body with good carbonation for the style. Goes down very well for the style, even though it’s still a style that fails to impress me. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA
