I first enjoyed Oberon last year and I must say, thumbs up. Very good summer beer. I think that it was better tasting this year than last. It’s much better on tap than in bottles though.

This is a delicious wheat ale with a citrusy flavor that is easy to drink. Bells makes excellent beer but they are fairly expensive compared to other regional breweries.

Oberon is one of my favorite beers. It has a wonderful taste that I don’t mind repeating throughout the summer months. Great with food, with an orange wedge, or with several other Oberons.

Appearance: Coarse foamy white head with minimal retention. Pours a cloudy light amber. Smell: Wheat and citrus with some yeast notes. Taste: Fruity wheat with a background of medium spicy hops and overtones of lemon. Sweet with lots of malt character. Mouthfeel: Smooth and light. Medium to light carbonation. Drinkability: Light and easy drinking, with a flavour profile that allows it to pair well with a wide range of foods.

Very good beer. I like the color and aroma very much. Often served with a citrus wedge, I actually prefer the falour with out it.

Bottle, draught, mini keg.The beer pours a very cloudy golden color with a large white head. The strong scent of citrus and wheat is prominent.Strong yeast, orange and wheat flavor. The aftertaste is sweet and citrusy. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body. One of my faves

From bottle. August Dayton Beer Tasting event - Favorite Summer Brews. Classic American Wheat beer. Pours a deep hazy orange. Head dissolves a little too quickly. Nice mouthfeel with apricot, honey and wheat flavors lingering. One of my favorite summer beers.
