Great summertime beer. Yellow-amber color with a small white head. Aroma is sweet with faint hints of orange and honey. Taste is very drinkable and delicious and is an upgrade on most wheat beers I’ve tried. Definately a session beer.

One of my favorites. Citrus flavor and very smooth. A few bars serve it with a slice of orange to enhance it’s flavor. Excellent beer.

Summer personified. Great orange color best viewed through afternoon sunlight. Interestingly flavored wheat.

Pours rather hazy orange Smells wonderful; hoppy, spicy, a little fruity. Tastes just as good as it smells. I make quick work of a 6 pack with a friend. Finishes quite well, leaving room for another. I’ve turned more than a few onto this great classic Bells beer

You know its summer when you have your first Oberon. Wonderful with an orange slice added to it. Crisp and clean tasting... a good wheat beer.

9-18-07 bottle. Cloudy orange golden color. Fluffy initial head. Smells doughy and slightly sweet - a bit too subtle. A decent amount of flavor - actually an incredible amount of flavor in comparison to other wheats. This beer has depth. I really enjoyed it. Great smoothness - almost rich on the palate. A fantastic developed flavor for a wheat.

Well this is it, probably about as good as you are going to get for a wheat beer. I love gumbalhead but this is just way bigger. Looks way better too. Much thicker and very cloudy. The taste is much more breadsy and avoids the spicy citrusy stuff. Very soft feel. Bells is going to sell a heckuvaot of this before the summer closes in chicago...
