Particles seen floating within a cloudy gold color. Head is excellent with nice lacing. Taste is very smooth and well balanced. Truly enjoyable brew. Beerman6686 (1292), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Just the perfect amount of spices to be present, but not overpowering, great with a nice slice of orange and a cool summers night multibeast (13), Lexington, Kentucky, USA

I’m thankful that it is a summer seasonal or else I would be hooked all year long. Surprised me that it was a wheat beer but still full of flavor. Nice golden color with a citrusy flavor. jpm30 (1588), East Central, Georgia, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 16, 2006 From a 12oz. long neck brown bottle with a short blurb about the wheat ale and a batch number, 7259, packaged on 02/20/06, on the back label. Made a good appearance, poured a cloudy orange hued golden with a nice foamy white head that slowly settled into a semi-sticky, thin foamy lacing, good carbonation. Had a wheat malty and spicy, floral hop nose with the Bell’s house strain yeastiness. A crisp, smooth medium bodied mouth feel, good drinkability. Delicious tasting, wheat, slightly fruity, maltiness, a sharp hop bite from the spicy camomile-like Saaz hops, a little alcohol warmth in the palate and a crisp, spicy, malty finish.
One of favorite seasonals from Bell’s, a really tasty pale wheat ale.

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 7, 2005 Pours a dark orange color with a white head that tends to diminsih quickly. Flavor is tart with sweet accents and some apricot flavor. what can I say there is almost no beer better suited for a warm summer afternoon. WhiteSoxFan (152), USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 4, 2006 2006. Batch 7319. 12 oz. bottle. Bottle conditioned. Pours cloudy yellow. Thin, white head, goes away to a layer of foam that stays mostly until the end. Squiggly, little dark floaties that end up sinking. A huge, thick layer of sediment left in the bottle. Little bit of lacing. Aroma is definitely wheat. Some lemony citrus and some yeasty aroma. Flavor - initial impression is that this is the best American Wheat I’ve ever had. Vanilla, a tiny bit sweet, really nice, crisp finish. Tiny bit of orange, lemony crispness and a little bit dry. Palate is light and medium at the same time, but it feels more like medium. Just the right amt. of carbonation and really smooth. This beer has a ton of hype and pretty much lives up to it - for a summer american wheat, which isn’t my favorite style by any stretch. This is really good and very nice for the summer. Good body while staying light and it has a lot of flavor. mddawso (89), Normal, Illinois, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 27, 2007 This is clearly, without a 2nd thought my favorite American Wheat ale. Now, to me American Wheat’s are one of the most uninteresting styles out there. We just don’t do the wheat beer justice. Unless it has some fruit in it, it’s usually some boring POS beer. This isn’t that. An appearance of bright yellow and orange, slight haze and a nice two-finger off white head. Aroma is citrusy, slightly yeasty with a bit of cracker. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and lively. Flavors had a crisp, clean citrus hop, slightly sweet and an excellent clean finish. Bell’s makes another excellent beer and this can be consumed all day and all night. Nice beer.
