Nose vaguely reminds me of a belgian trippel. Very nice flavor. Very original rendition of a wheat. This brew is just great. Hard to characterize, you’ll just have to try it for yourself.

This is a damn good beer. It will provide the courage I need nicely to shave my head. Gawd bless beer and its wonderful side effects!

soft yellow brew, the color of scrambled eggs, hazy from the first pour and increasingly so as the yeast forces are marshalled. a kitten’s saucer of cream on top, with billows, blizzards and blankets of beautiful lace. pleasant and (to me) curious, unique nose: few things edible or otherwise come to mind to borrow as metaphors: it’s not woody or bready, not particularly fruity or citrusy, no spice that i can name...celery and oats maybe, but that hardly sounds flattering, some flower petals without the perfume. the palate IS obvious: very smooth, creamy, dry, quenching. not malty, not hoppy, yet medium bodied: it must be all about yeast. i’m no ’yeasthead’, but this is one worth contemplating further.

This is one of my all time favorites, very smooth and refreshing, it doesn’t seem like summer until the first oberon’s been cracked, I had to scale this rating down a little just because even though I really do love this brew, I think a 4.3 was a little high

This smells great. A malty but good aroma. Flavor is smooth and easily drinkable, this is quite tasty. Hard to even think of this as an American Wheat. Good stuff.

almost no aroma at all. extremely flavorful for an american wheat. very good. a little bitterness. reddish, clear. boy my notes for that one sucked, eh. RERATE. what the fuck was i talking about with my first rating? it’s not clear, it’s a wheat and it’s totally opaque orange. it’s a beautiful beer, though the head was uglyish. 2 fingers or so worth. my friend got a quarter barrel of this. so good. orange (blasphemy) actually complemented it quite well.

Bottle from my girlfriend after visiting Michigan: Very cloudy honey colored pour with not clarity at all and a dense creamy white head. Crisp bright aroma. Wheaty, fruity, light grains, honey soaked lemon, peppery phenolics and lemon grass. Creamy and substantial feel- yet it’s refreshing. Creamy wheat malt flavors with a touch of grain, some lemon grass and a note of herbal honey and late zesty smooth grassy bitterness to make it insanely drinkable. Great summer beer!

Picked up a mini keg in the cleve. So enjoyable with a burger on a hot summer day. Apricot with fluffy white head. Crisp, flavor of orange spice, wheat, citrus, a schtickle of hop notes.
