Wow. I was recommended this tasty brew from a worker at Grape & Gourmet and I was not disappointed at all. The aroma was very nice, slightly cloudy golden color and a nice crisp and refreshing taste that finished very clean. I really enjoyed this beer and look forward to many more!

2002:..Still an excellent summer quaffer. Not as much citrus-taste as in past years. Pours (from the bottle) to a lightly, cloudy golden yellow with white head, nice lacing on the glass. A little more carbonated than previous years. Nice aftertaste, still highly drinkable. Slightly hoppier than remembered. Still a favorite of mine. As others have mentioned, this is Michigan’s version of Fat Tire in terms of popularity. Nothing wrong with that. Cheers to a warm summer this year!
2001:...This is the most refreshing, thirst-quenching beer I’ve ever had. Fruity, wheaty, cloudy, and just plain good. Bell’s rocks.
2000:This is what a summer beer should be. Hell, this what beer should be period. Bell’s keeps on impressing me. Good stuff.

This beer is great, my wife and I tried to save a few six packs to make it thru the cold winter months but, it was gone by November. I wish May would hurry up!!!

The best beer to ever come out of Michigan. The only thing that could make it better ia a promotion to year round status.

A terrific summer beer with a live, fresh mouthfeel and a kick-ass finish -- the flavor just doesn’t quit. With most beers, even quite good ones, I don’t need the aftertaste to linger and go stale, but Oberon feels as cleansing as the morning dew.
