It has a citrusy flavor but not too bitter. I could drink these all day! falafeljack (4), USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Oct 6, 2007 Quite possibly my absolute favorite American Seasonal ales ever. Very strong aroma but not over-powering. Sweet finish with the right amount of bitter. Good with an orange slice but amazing without out. Definitely the best summer beer... andyblaz (7), New York, New York, USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | May 4, 2008 This is the beer that got me into good beer. Mad respect! Best on draught (but bottle is good as well). Ya’ll got to stop hatin’ on this brew. Love the hop character, light bodied with a barely (barley) noticable slight fruity yeasty punch. It’s what I think an American Wheat should be period. A true session beer for sure. Drink up Midwest. Flavorful, light, and relaxing. Fruity, but not too fruity. Quicker (15), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

My favorite Bell’s outside of the Two-Hearted Ale. beerwolf77 (42), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

It was startling outstanding and unique at the time, and the glam has never worn off.
Excellent aroma of grain and hops, cloudy tawny gold color with a great head, flavor is sweet /sour wheaty with a touch of spice, excellent light hops bitterness in the finish. Palate is just plain excellent. Still has a bit of yeast residue in the bottom of the bottle. Not quite as distinctive as some other wheat brews out there, but one of the best.
