Commercial Description:
A refreshing, blond colored pale ale. Bell’s pale ale is made almost exclusively from pale malt. It expresses a spicy floral hop aroma and taste.

Another beer I was surprised to not have rated yet (I recently filled my beer fridge with beers I haven’t rated). Pours hazy blond with a small white head. Aroma has a touch of citrus hops with a little malt, but not much of one. Flavor is basic with a nice balance of hops and malt. Nice beer that you can drink a lot of, but it has nothing this is going to knock your socks off. Sort of plain for Bells, but still decent.

Not real exciting - much better Bells beers. It is very drinkable and an all around solid pale ale.

Bottled. Hazy orange/yellow. Aroma is burnt toasty malt with light floral hop. Flavor is also toasty malt with stinging floral hops on tongue with notes of grass and maybe grilled veggies. A weird but original pale

Good but simple beer. Another of Bell’s "weaker" beers. Very smooth, easy to drink, no bite with a good but simple flavor.

Pours sunshine golden with a ton of floaties. Really bright spring time floral mixed with sourdough on the nose here. Super crisp, clean flavors of dry rye toast and light pickling spice that finish with an awesome, balanced, refreshing carbonation. This comes of as more of a great summer lager than any ale that I’ve had. Good drinker for all night if needed. Thanks Bells. 2009 12oz.

Golden-copper with a white head. Bread, citrus and lite lemon aroma and flavour. Balanced and dry.

12oz bottle. very light gold, cloudy color, small thin head. bit of sweetness and spice in the aroma. good balance, the hops offsetting the sweetness, with a sightly bitter finish

I can’t remember the last time i had an American Pale Ale that was this tasty. Bells always delivers a good product but i was impressed by the simple goodness this beer had to offer.

This one poured a golden yellow color with lots of floating yeast in it? Aroma was or grassy hops, pale malt, and urine. Flavor was extremely flat, boring, and weird fussel flavors. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but this was a horrendous disappointment from such a great brewery.
