changeup45 (567), Orlando, Florida, USA Jun 29, 2008 I enjoyed this one. Different from most other Pale Ales I’ve had. This is a little lighter and more citrusy, making it very refreshing and ideal for the summer. Orange color, thin head and some spotty lacing. Aroma is floral, fruity with malts. The flavor is citrus orange, sweet malts, quite wheaty with faint spicy hops in the background and more towards the finish of the beer. Nice.
Petrucci914 (340), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Aug 31, 2008 Pours a cloudy golden color, with lots of particulate, and a medium soapy head that fades quickly. Aroma is slight citrus, and bready malts. Taste is bitter, some bready malts, a bit of floral hops. Nothing special. BlockBrew (83), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA Aug 30, 2008 Pours a light yellow orange with nice white head with sediment suspended throughout. Light aroma of citrus and malt. Smooth light flavor primarily of citrus and malts with a very slight hop bitterness at the finish. A very solid beer, a little on the light side, but not bad at all. beezz86 (29), Jasper, Indiana, USA Aug 29, 2008 Bottle. Poured a pale yellow color with a slight haze and a sediment floating within the beer. The aroma had a slightly bread malt with strong floral hops. The beer had a thin body and texture, soft carbonation, and a slightly bitter finish. The flavor was slightly bitter. Overall, this is not a bad pale ale. I think it is very drinkable, but I prefer more bitterness in a pale ale. Not bad though. SSSteve (1527), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Aug 24, 2008 a cloudy gold beer under a medium sized creamy white head. crsip, lemony citrus hop aroma with wheaty malts. flavor is citrus hoppy and crisp. pretty standard but solid stuff. light bodied. johntreeter (96), Greenwood, Indiana, USA Aug 23, 2008 21 oz bottle. Pours a golden copper color with lots of sediment. Almost white good sized head left no lacing. Very nice aroma of mostly hops. Nice balance in flavor just nothing special. Med body, med carb, watery texture, and dry feel. A good beer, but not anything to return to.
