Commercial Description: Brut; 6.9% alcohol; sparkling, champagne-style blend of English and French traditional cider apples; complex acid and tannin; secondary fermentation in the bottle produces a deliciously Brut, finely carbonated beverage; bottled on the lees.
Bottle. Clear amber body with nice head. I thought this was the best of the Bellwehter Ciders. Surprisingly a little complex on the palate. Slightly dry with a nice tartness to it.
