Jul 23, 2007 Bottle. Aroma has a very tart apple smell. Taste is sugary, sweet, very tart. almost too tart at times.

Dec 22, 2006 One of the more tart versions Bellwether makes. Firm acidity and a bit of tannic astringency makes for a crisp beverage.

Oct 30, 2006 Pours fizzy, straw colored liquid. Some sulfur on th e first sip, but that goes away. Drier than most American ciders, but it’s sweeter than the Europen versions. Overall, a very approacable cider.
