very light pale color, apple and pear aroma. not overpowering apple, just a nice tart crisp taste. great for a hot day and a nice steak on the grill

Jul 23, 2007 Bottle. Clear pale yellow body. Very carbonated. Lots of apple flavor. Slight tart with a nice crispness. I think the owner said they used 7 different types of apples in this one and it shows on the flavor. Very full and slightly dry.

Jun 14, 2007 Clear, light yellow tint. Thin stream of carbonation from the center of my duvel glass, no head. Nose is apple, clay, pear, some alcohol, a hint of strawberry & cinnamon. Flavor is apple, tart with sweetness appearing for a moment. Apple/lemon finish, maybe a hint of wood.

Jul 14, 2006 Pretty good, but the flavor comes out a bit flat. It could use a bit more acidity to balance the sweetness. I prefer their Liberty Spy on account of this. Still not bad.
