Bottle, 5.2%. OK citric aroma. Muddy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is weakly citric, slightly lemony. Has a little butter note, but not bad.

Bottle from Vin &, Vodroffsvej, København. Hazy yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices, coriander and citrus. Fruity flavour of spices, citrus and coriander with notes of hops. Spicy finish. Quite OK for a wheat beer, but too much coriander.

Small white head, slightly powdery-veiled copper-orange. Too much coriander, soupy, hint at citrus for the nose. Too much coriander, faux-citrus for the taste. And it ends metallic. Bit aggressive mouthfeel, sourburn. Where’s the point in adding things as chestnut, if the coriander ruins it?

bottle, bought in Pistoia. Pale yellow, cloudy, large head. Yeasty and malty, slightly hoppy. Fruity touch, hoppy finnish. Interesting and good Hefeweizen.
