Roasted and toasted malt, dry biscuit character. Creamy and earthy with very small hop presence. Somewhat thin. Some light caramel notes. Angeloregon (2024), Portland, Oregon, USA Jun 18, 2008 On tap at bend Brewing pub and restaurant in Bend, OR--Seasonal poured a rich brown-chestnut-mahogany body with a minuscule soapy whitish head. Mild caramel, brown sugar, nut nose. Creamy thin complexity. Watery mild malt and biscuit finish. Not my favorite from Bend, but highly quaffable.
