Angeloregon (1516), Portland, Oregon, USA Jun 12, 2008 On tap at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland, OR--Poured a deep amber body with a medium to small whitish head. Nose of sweet malt resembling some dark fruits balanced with a sharp hops presence. Pears, prunes, and raisins come to mind. I am not usually a big fan of this style of beer, but this one was quite enjoyable. jake65 (1182), Meridian, Idaho, USA May 22, 2007 Draft at the Brewpub: Pours orange with a smaller white head and good lacing. Nose is sweet and fruity, citrus and malt. Taste is consistent with the aroma and adds a caramel and malty note. Very light bitters. One of the better maibocks sampled this season.
