| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 9, 2005 Sampled draught at Bend Brewing Company, Bend Ruby color with light head & excellent lacing. Nose of great gummy bears & starburst. There’s notes of lots of sweet malts actually, nice body too. Hoppy flavors blend somewhat into the high ABV which burns burninates the palate quite aggressively. goldtwins (4079), Nesconset, New York, USA

The aroma had a sweet start with light fruity malt. The flavor was full of toffee malt with an earthy and piny hop finish. Mild-moderate bitterness. Medium body. Semi-dry finish with some warmth. Medium bodied, moderate sweetness and acidity, light bitterness. beerinmarch (2781), Alabama, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 21, 2006 Pours a dark red/brown with a light tan head. Very sweet up front but a big hoppy finish balances this out well. Caramel and toffee flavors up front, nice earthy rum flavor to the malts. With all the hops this will age well. Very full bodied and smooth. Angeloregon (2025), Portland, Oregon, USA

Brewer Tonya Cornett is renowned for her killer brews and this 2006 orange-copper old ale was no exception. Small nose, medium white head, dark bodied and quite malty was this scrumptious brew.
