Weak aroma of toasty malt and pine. Almost clear, ruddy chestnut appearance with an off-white ring. Sweet, chocolate and toasty malt overshadowed by potent, bitter pine hops, which throw this brew off balance. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter grapefruit finish. garthicus (1311), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Aroma: Cherry, malt, wood - quite subtle, raspberries and just a lovely hoppiness about it. Flavour: Bitter hops, super bitter, mouthwatering in fact, bitter mango skins, with a nice long bitter finish. Delicious. JCB (1796), Durham, North Carolina, USA

A lively brown/amber pour with tons of body and a moderate creamy head. Big nose of soft citrus, mild yeast, and huge grassy hops. Much like an India Brown Ale with some "exotic" additions. Mouthfeel was abundant and quite wonderful, a really complex and drinkable treat that we revisited with enthusiasm. robinvboyer (1444), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada
