Within a brettanomyces grove burgeons herbal hop bitterness, intelligent sweet cereals and artful fruit esters, a harmonious profile which makes this Wild Ale cuddly and very drinkable.<br />

<i>Further Personal Perceptions:</i><br />
-A veil of foam covers the cloudy blond.<br />
-That wild yeast character is important throughout, but it never dominates the flavor profile; it is quite cooperative.<br />
-I would have imagined a lighter body for a 4.4% brew fermented with brett; a crisper mouthfeel might have made this more alluring to me, defining the malts and the hops a tad more.<br />
-Am I imagining the doughy yeast angle?<br />
-The fruit esters are not distinct, but sure are present.<br />
-The cereal sweetness builds a round mouthfeel.<br />
