Yellow gold color, with a small white head, but leaving laces, yeasty fruity nose of lemon and grapefruit, with a spicy coriander note, citrus floral hop, a faint honey sweet pale malt in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a zesty, yeasty citrus fruity character, with a nice lemony flowery hop accent, mild sweet pale malt, faint spicy note, leading towards a fruity, citrusy hop bittering finish.

Yeast, malt and pear aroma, golden, pours a small off-white head. Good malt taste, some yeast is noted. Medium bodied, some spice and a fine tongue tingle. Good.

On tap at Benelux. The color is honey with a small off white head and nice lace. The taste is of spicies and fruits. The hops are very present in the overall taste and aroma. All in all a good Abbey triple.

Draught. Clear orange body with a small white head. The aroma is fruity consisting of pears, faint spice, and oranges. Toasted grain flavour along with a good level of hop bitterness. Not a whole lot of fruit character but otherwise pretty decent.
Sampled at the brewpub on June 1, 2007.

Triple d’Été: Fruity esters and nutty, lightly grainy malts are joined by light notes of alcohol. Clear golden body is topped by a low but lasting white head that covers the sides of the glass with fine lacing. Fruity esters are joined by clean fresh malt flavour and surprising bitterness. Plenty of grassy hop character. Medium body with initially refreshing moderate carbonation that s somewhat short-lived. Sampled on tap at the brewpub.

On tap at brewpub.
Clear, golden clear ale with small fizzy rocky top.
Grainy, wheat like aroma. Pleasant fruity clean nose.
Fruity, clean grainy character. Gentle, potency well hidden. Silky smooth finish with light bitterness to it. Reminded me a bit of old school of Unibroue.
