Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 5, 2005 [At Křbenhavnske Řldage 2005] A hazy red beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with some notes of metal, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and a dry metallic end. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 1, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) A "Kräuterbier" - that is a beer presumably with added herbs. Clear, pretty, dark brown with a small, beige head. Lots of caramel and malt in the flavour. And the exact same characteristics are found in the flavour. No traces of the herbs though - and they don’t appear on the list of ingredients either. 280705 omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 21, 2002 Updated: Feb 20, 2004Sampled draugh at Stockholm Beer Festival.
