Fin (2453), Merton, Oxfordshire, England Aug 18, 2008 Cask at The Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield, ’The Peoples Republic of South Yorkshire’ on the Valley of Beer Day 16-08-08 Pours warm gold in colour with a thin rim of white bubbles. Tangy, light fruity tasting beer with a good bite. The nose is not great with a hint of sourness detected which at first suggested to me that this beer might not be in tip top condition but looks and flavour would suggest that its ok, which would conclude to me that the beer is just merely alright, could do better as many of my school reports quite accurately implored of me.
