Cask Stillage at the Assembly Rooms, Tamworth 10/09/2005 Dark coloured with some alcohol and mint aroma. Some bitterness and roast malt in the finish. Mint flavour runs throughout.

Cask (gravity) at Tamworth CMARA Festival 2005. It’s minty. That’s it, really. It was stout looking and stout thick, but it was heavily minted throughout. Which I found quite atttractive, would have been even moreso if it had been a chocolate porter base, for instance. Unusual stuff.
