Smaskifa (18), Oslo, Norway Oct 12, 2008 0,33l bottle. Pours a quite thick head, but it dissappears rather fast. Quite fresh aroma of bitter hops. It’s fairly sparkly in the mouth, rather hoppy and dry. Bitter finish. I’d say it’s marginally better than most lagers of the mass produced sort, it’s a bit more actual taste in it, but overrall a quite standard lager. Enjoyit (1122), Vadum, Denmark Jun 18, 2008 Clear golden of color with a foamy white head. An aroma of real german lager - DMS! Also notes of malt and hay in the aroma. A flavor of malt, hops, citrus - pretty bitter, but still thin in flavor. Finn (1109), Tromsø, Norway Jan 24, 2008 Bottle 0,5l. Pale golden color. A large fluffy head. OK lacing on the glass. Malty aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Malty flavor with a dry bitter aftertaste. Beer2000 (1312), Kristiansand, Norway Aug 16, 2007 330 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of grain. Pure, fresh, clean malty flavor. An average pilsner. Gr0ve (1123), Oslo, Norway Aug 6, 2007 330 ml bottle. Pale golden colour. Medium-sized white head. Rich malty aroma with a crisp hop dose. Nice grainy malts. Slight sharp grassy hop flavours. High carbonation level. Quite a high hop bitterness. Metallic hops. Long lasting lingering hop bitterness. Gentle malts in the front, but soon replaced by strong hop bitterness. Quite nice, but I’m not in the mood for these hops at the moment. Will have to retry.
