Mar 20, 2008 Bottle. Thanks pivnizub. Spicy honey aroma. Dark hazy amber, golden cream. Grainy, light papery malt base, a few spicy toasted and herbal edges - somewhat in a mismatch. Fairly dry finish, medium body,. Light aromatic hops retronasal.

Mar 13, 2008 bottle, thanks to Bochum. Amber colour, large head. Malty with hints of roasted malt and caramel. Pleasantly hoppy. Well-balanced and really pleasant.

Feb 24, 2008 (33cl swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, bright amber colour with a beautiful light-beige foamy head. Sweet toasty caramel-malty nose with notes of liquorice and lemony fruity and spicy hoppy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied, crispy, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Aromatic malt profile, toasty and caramelly with liquorice spice; toasty sweet-bitter finish with spicy hops. A light but well-balanced and nevertheless tasty brew (23.02.08).

Feb 24, 2008 Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, almost copper coloured, smaller, slowly diminishing off-white foam; a discreet fruitiness seems to be hidden in the sweetish-grainy aroma; light to moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; traces of toasted malt and aromatic citrousy hops in the finish. Not bad at all......

May 4, 2007 Bottle. Light hazy golden colour with a medium white head. Caramel malt, carboard aroma and a sweet malty, straw taste. Medium body with a sweet finish.
