Sweet banana-fruity and wheat-malty nose with traces of vanilla. Sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity in the background, light to medium bodied with a moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Balanced fruity and soft yeasty taste with a good wheat-character; medium dry, sweet and slightly sour-fruity and tart finish with very restrained phenolic spice, which I appreciate. The flavour is a bit sour with wheat and some yeast, fruity and malty. bager (2063), Copenhagen N, Denmark Aug 31, 2007 Bottled. Hazy pale golden coloured with a medium sized offwhite head. Kinda sweet with notes of banana, yeast, overripe fruits and somewhat nutty.
