Thanks for the bottle pivnizub. Orange amber, off-white layer. Sweet sticky dried fruit nose. Solid sweet base, a bit hay, dust and wood. Enough herbal bittering hops to prevent it from becomming cloying. Sweet almondy finish, light rumtopf retronasal. Meh.

bottle. Clear golden yellow, large head. Hoppy nose. Grassy hoppy character with a solid malty base, hints of herbs.

(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big eggshell-coloured foamy head. Sweet biscuity malt aroma with a tinge of lemon and herbal, slightly spicy hops. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Strong pale and cara-malt character, bready taste; the alcohol comes up towards the finish, combined with a quite harsh hoppy bitterness. Aromatic smell but the beer is lacking balance (22.02.08).

Bügelverschlußflasche (333ml): Deep golden coloured, smaller, rather quickly vanishing white fluffy head; shy bisquity nose with a tinge of hops and a tinge of vegetables, too; moderate to stronger bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering bitter, sweet and slightly alcoholic finish. Not very aromatic, not very well rounded, but all in all a quite well drinkable "souped-up Pils"......

Bronze color, pale yellow head. Head disappears completely. Aroma is malty (grainy), taste is malty, light sweet, warm with light fruit notes. Light bitter aftertaste, but some sweetness too.
