Bottled. Golden with a medium quickly rising white head. Fizzy zing on the palate. Dry, candied flavour. Simple malt or adjunct body. Nothing offensive but very simple.

Can in Bucharest. Golden with a minimal head. Bread, thin, malt. More sweet than normal lager. Very boring and insipid beer.

Canned. Deep golden colour. Sweetish aroma with sulphury notes. Sweetish malt flavour with sourish edges. Light, light bitter, and pretty clean. Mouthfeel is what one can expect from a Pale Lager - thin-ish and sugary.

It is always interesting to get my hands on a beer from a country not known for it’s beer. In this case Romania. However the country of origin is the only thing that is interesting about this beer. The flavor was thin almost to the point of being non-existent: kind of like water. I think of this beer as the Romanian Budweiser, only to be drank to say that you have tried a beer from this country.

Pours a golden colour with thin white head. Sweet malt aroma with minimal hop notes. Flavour is bland lager taste, that is not much going on. Fizzy and lacking bitterness.

0.5 l can Doggythedog shared with me so huge thanks! Poured pale golden body with medium smaller head that went down very soon. Weak, strange malty aroma, some grass hops as well here. Flavor is very watery, malt dominated, with sweetish corn notes. Had pretty boring, shorter sweet finish. Nothing unpleasant here, but it’s very boring and crap anyway, even for a pale lager.

0.5l can courtesy of a friend who lugged it halfway through the Balkans from Romania (huge thanks, Krešimir!)
Poured a pale yellow-golden colour, medium sized fluffy white head that collapsed a bit odd. Odd nose, cabbage, hop, metal, oily maltiness, a touch of alcohol. Oooh, quality stuff. Right. Empty, dryish taste, a bit grainy and eggy. Sweetish, notes of corn. Light metal. Yay. Very light hoppy bitterness in the background. Very light cardboard too. Crap, but not as offensive as it might sound.

Bottle, 50cl. Enjoyable. Good golden colour, thin slight creamy head. Nice bit of fizz. Smooth clean taste. Hints of malts.
