The aroma picked up lemon and grassy notes over bready and grainy character.. smelled quite good for the style. The flavor had tangy lemon zest and light grassy bitterness over sourdough bread and some wet grains.. actually balanced quite well.. quick, dry, refreshing finish. Light-bodied and well-carbonated on the palate.. a bit watery at times, but maintained its composure well enough. I’d drink it again, especially on a hot day. Light caramel and caramel hop scents. Some grains come in and give this a simple smelling brew. Grains and malt flavors in the start. Some caramel and floral hops flavors sneak in. Finish is lightly acidic and boarding on metallic. Some corn and grains in the linger. A simple american blond ale. noncaloric (609), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

Ongoing effervescence. Pale malt aroma, with a bit of a yeasty twang to it. Flavor disappoints, malts are noticeably stale, lactic. Bit of a caramel bite to it, also a bit of metallic twist. Thin bodied, watery consistency.
