Aroma is malty with a hint of honey and something I call coconut for lack of a better term--don’t know what that is. Light bodied and fizzy. A little bit of sweetness and a little bit of bitterness so in that repect well balanced. One of the better brews by Berghoff though I’m no big fan. Very drinkable at least and definitely a step above BMC. heemer77 (4303), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 19, 2005 Lots of white floaties in this one. A dark amber body. A thin white head. Aroma of sweet honey and some light bread. The taste is an artificial sweetness. A bitter aftertaste. Tastes of metal and some bubblegum. The floaters have me worried. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 1, 2004 This is really one of those beers that does not beg for description; if you're into micros, why buy a Huber product? If you're not, how did you come across this? No "wheat" character here, the honey seems fake, thin, watery, but somehow refreshing in an odd way. JMerritt (1318), Macomb, Illinois, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 4, 2003 Much too light. hennes is right; it has a definite grassy, straw-like flavor. But if there is honey in it, I’m surprised. hennes (932), Fountain, Michigan, USA
