Jun 2, 2007 On tap at O’Hare Airport. The bartender said that this was Berghoff Light, but I’m skeptical that she knew what the hell she was talking about. However, Matt the Braudog does know what he’s talking about, so I’ll rate it here. Pours pale yellow with a thin resisdual head of medium-sized white bubbles. A smell a faint straw-like aroma that also seems a bit like boiled vegetables. Lots of corn sugars abound and the beer has a mid palate blast of lemoney hop tartness. Very watery and quick.
