tmoreau (525), Lombard, Illinois, USA Sep 28, 2009 Sampled at Famous Liquors Fall /Oktoberfest Tasting in Lombard, IL.. Poured a clear, brownish amber with a white, bubbly foam head and good lacing. The nose was toastiness and distinctive German malt aroma. The flavor followed with a hint of noble hop and light bitter/dryness. A decent, traditional Marzen. MadIndian (987), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 16, 2009 Gift from my Wisconsin hook up. Thanks Jamie. Not a bad OKtofest beer. Some caramel malt some sweetness. Its definetly no Sam Adams Octoberfest but its ok. Cletus (5001), Connecticut, USA Sep 7, 2009 Pours light copper with an off white head. Smells of bread, caramel, some earthy hints. Tastes toasty and breaddy with some dry malt presence and a tea like finish. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 31, 2009

unclemattie (2370), Georgia, USA Aug 11, 2009 12oz twist-off bottle. Copper color. Aroma of malts, oak, earthy hops. Flavor is bready, wooden. Light bodied. Smooth, finishes crisp. ChainGangGuy (2522), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Aug 10, 2009 Appearance: Pours out a clear, deep amber body with a frothy, off-white head.
Smell: Mild, understated nose of lightly toasty malts with some lesser notes spicy hops and somewhat inappropriate notes of caramel and fruit.
Taste: Lightly toasty Munich maltiness with a small amount of mild caramel sweetness. A few fruity esters roaming the background. Spicy, lightly floral hops with a low amount of cleansing bitterness. The finish is both drying and lightly crisp.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: A simple, light-tasting, no-brainer Oktoberfest beer. It’s just one of those very average, middle-of-the-beer type beers that, without scratching down a few notes on it, I would completely forget about it. shp555 (1677), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Aug 8, 2009 Pours a nice amber color with an off white head. Aroma is caramel, green apple, some toast, and a touch of earthyness. Flavor is caramel, toast, some green apple, and a light bitter earthy finish. DuffMan (2719), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada Dec 30, 2008 Why do I keep coming back this crap brewer? I will tell you why. It is because I am a beer whore. This pours a bright amber with a solid white cap displaying mediocre retention and no lace. Low aroma of corny malt kissed with caramel. Palate is largely the same. I am thankful that there was no weird chemical traits in this one though.
