Oct 9, 2005 Draft at brewery. Poured a pale golden with a light white head. Nice lacing. Faint floral hops and some sweetness in the aroma.. quite pleasant. Flavor was much like the aroma, with a little more of a malt backbone than I had anticipated. Smooth across the palate, with some nice hop bite on the finish. This was nice and refreshing.

Sep 14, 2005 Bottle 12 oz. Clear amber color with medium white head that diminished slowly. Moderate balanced malt, hop and citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Medium flavor with small bitter finish.

Sep 9, 2005 Light golden in color with a medium white head.Aroma of butter,mild hops. Flavor is bready,buttery,good hop bitterness, maltywith a dry finish.Body is fair yet with high carbonation.

Aug 11, 2005 Pours a nice golden from the bottle. Not many bubbles rising up through the brew. Very little head or lacing. Aroma is quite grassy. Flavor is smooth malt with a hint of hops. I experienced the metallic aftertaste as well. Palate is consistent with style, medium body and only a little carbonation. Nice offering for a cheap lager.

Aug 4, 2005 Updated: Aug 23, 2005I found this one on tap at the Berghoff Cafe in the O’hare International Airport. I must say that this beer really sucks. It smelt very skunky, and it was served on tap for crying out loud. It looks just like on run of the mill BMC. It tasted very watery and uninteresting. I’m told that some people really like this beer. I sure hope I just got a bad one.
