| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 8, 2008 This is one of the only American pale lagers I actually like. Pours golden with thick white head. Aroma is sweet and grassy. Flavor is very malty and pretty sweet, not nearly as dry as many American pale lagers. It doesn’t make you go wow, but it is very good for such a boring style, and makes a good, light beer for summer BBQs. shendrix (478), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 2, 2007 Picked up two 12-oz bottles via Berghoff Sampler Pack at Steve’s Liquor & More in Madison, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light blonde golden brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates clean. Aroma is of a simple white bread malt with some grassy hops. Taste is light to medium body with hardly any carbonation, watery light malt flavor. Finish is just as watery as the flavor with maybe a semi-sweet bread aftertaste. Nothing special. fiulijn (7520), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
