12 oz bottle. Pours a pale yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head that falls to a thin ring quickly. The nose is just lightly malty with a touch of cracker and crusty bread when you can make it past cooked veggie quality that dominates. The flavor isn’t especially clean, but finishes fairly crisp. On the sweet side up front with a touch of light hops and a little bit of a soapy note on the finish. Medium bodied for a Pale Lager, the sweetness does add a bit of heft on the palate. Not the worst beer, but not especially good either.

12oz bottle pourd into a shaker. BOL pours urine yellow with a very small soapy looking head. The aroma is very typical lager with hints of aluminium, granite, water and grass. The taste is better than I expected with a medium light body, nicely integrated hops but maybe a tad over-carbonated. The finish is slightly fruity and lingers a bit.

Bottle. Courtesy of mother in law. Aroma had some grain ans coriander spice to it little odd. Cloudy gold bdy with white head. Had some fruit flavor and a spicey biering at times. Was more like a hefe / Lager mix.

Golden with white head. Musty, malt sweet, rice aroma. Grain, lemon, sweet malt, and rice flavours. Dry and lite.

Pours clear golden crisp with good carb but taste lacks and is very bland. Had at the berghoff in chicago.

Gift from my Wisconsin hook up. Thanks Jamie. Again not a horrible brewery but nothing that stands out for me. The pour was nice. A mild aroma of hop and skunk. A mild spicy finish.

Berghoff Prairie Lager. 12oz twist-off bottle. Clear golden yellow. Look like the open prairies with its amber waves of grain. Aroma of lemon, banana peels, and straw. Sharp hop bitterness, crisp malt. Drink pretty good for a Pale Lager.

Pours a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is vanilla, honey, grain, and a touch of spicy hops. Flavor is grain, vanilla, some honey, and a bitter spicy finish.
