May 16, 2006 12oz bottle. Poured a light to medium, and lightly hazy, golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of lemons, coriander, light wheat, and light yeast. Tastes of wheat, citrus and very light spices. Thin and watery.

Jul 27, 2006 Pours a slightly hazy bright golden with a thin ring of white head. Soft pale malty aroma has some mild buttery notes and a decent orange zest and coriander spice. Body starts fairly bland, but drinkable with a light sweetness and true to style spice character. An ok witbier, but nothing great.

Oct 5, 2004 Updated: Oct 13, 2004A disappointment. This poured an orange/amber color with the faintest trace of a white head. It smells like oranges and grass. It’s a thick drink that tastes mainly like weakly carbonated orange soda. What am I to do with the other five bottles?

May 8, 2004 OK, I’m No. 2. Any beer that puts "Malt Beverage with natural flavors" scares me. Who are they marketing to? Dark golden color with a dissipating white head. Orange blossoms, cardamom and light vanilla clog the nasal passages. Has a odd flavored alcohol nose. Light malt, melon and orange peel flavors. Very synthetic flavors. We have an american wheat category, perhaps we now will need and american wit category. Egad!

Dec 12, 2006 Bottle: Pours a hazy yellow blond color, thick white head with stick lacing. Nose of very light orange and coriander, some really pale malts and needs some wheat. A bit too much like mandarin extract with the coriander notes. The flavor isn’t bad, a bit lacking in body. I like the sticky starches from some wheat to be sticking to my lips. Finishes average. Surprising for Huber.

Sep 13, 2005 Bottle 12 oz. Gold amber hue with a moderate head that diminshed quickly. Sweet malt and wheat aroma. Light to medium body with smooth texture. Well balanced citrus, wheat and malt flavor with small bitter bite a t finish. Very refreshing brew.

Oct 16, 2005 12 oz bottle from Woodmans in Beloit, WI. Golden body, slightly hazy, little head...light lemon-sour nose with little spice or malt evident...sour fairly full body, touch citrusy, no yeasty character apparent...bland watery finish.
