Aroma is sweet cardamom, spices. Flavour is sweet, cardamom, malt, sugar, berries, fruit nectar. Strange beer. Too sweet. Grovlam (2906), Copenhagen, Denmark May 9, 2008 Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Large off-white bubbly head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Somewhat clear amber colour. Aroma of cherry, sweet fruit, hint of herbal, mild toasted malt. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with a hint of bitterness. Fruity cherry like finish. What a strange experience, it felt like liquid Danish Christmas desert.
