A medium bodied India Pale Ale, dry hopped to provide a very pleasing flora, citrus aroma. Well balanced between malty sweetness and hop bitterness. A very thirst quenching IPA.

22oz bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a somewhat small white head, some lace. Smells subdued grassy hoppy with a good malts presence and a bit of astringent hops as well. Tastes nice and hoppy bitter up front with a sweet malty middle and a lingering hop flavor on the finish. Medium body, good carbonation.

Poured from a 22oz bottle cloudy golden color with an off-white head. Aroma was faint hops and some malt. Flavor was a light hop bitterness with sweet malt.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a light orange color. Thin, whispy, off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, very subtle. Flavor is a nice balance of caramel malts and earthy malts. Not much bitterness to be found. Nice and drinkable.

A very drinkable IPA. A well balanced hop and citrus flavor is very enjoyable. A great IPA to enjoy at room temperature. Try it!

Bottle. Poured an orange color with a thin off-white head. Hoppy aroma with a malty background. The flavor follows suit with hops backed with caramel. Light body and light bitterness throughout. A decent IPA just nothing special to write home about. (Rating from June ’07)

NIcely balanced IPA, but nothing to write home about. Nothing sticks out. Nothing off.

Growler at Bob and Susan’s Plain Street Bistro. Hazy orangish color, medium head. Smooth taste that reminded me of the BBC Steel Rail Ale without the kick.

Aroma is quite subtle for an IPA, really need to get the nose in the glass and huff to pick up anything. A bit of caramel and grapefruit in the aroma and flavor, but not much else.
