Golden-tan. Slight haze. There’s some light fruitiness and vague malts. Some thick malts, fairly dull. Lacks brightness and roundness of sugars.

(Bottle). Sweet yeasty fruit aroma. Clear golden with large off-white head. Flavor is spicy sweet, mostly pineapple, pear and some malt. Sweet finish.

In short: A generously hopped amber lager. Good beer.
How: Bottle 22oz, courtesy of RCL, thanks a lot Raymond. Fresh batch, consumed within a few weeks.
The look: Clear dark golden body topped by a very small white head
In long: Nose of caramel and candied fruits. Lost of biscuit malts, smooth caramel, hard-broiled egg white (I get that from lager yeast), a drop of honey. Overall attack feels like a big cookie, the chewy kind. But then comes a whole lot of hops mixing citrus juiciness, peppery spiciness and herbal dryness. Nice earthy notes. A little annoying overripe fruity after-taste. The beer was so hoppy that it even felt a little unbalanced. A lager too aggressively hopped? Only in America, the land of deep-fried sushi and prescription guns.

pours a beautiful clear coppery amber with a soft off white head which deposits some drippy lacing. the aroma is fruity/golden raisins, malty grain, grass, faint skunk and a touch of alcohol. the palate is a touch sweet but it does dry out quite well. the flavor is similar to the aroma... light grainy, apple-ish, a hint of cocoa and mildly bitter slightly dry finish. alcohol is slightly noticeable. medium to full body. smooth texture with some acidity and prickly carbonation.

A Brewery that makes some very drinkable offerings. This one if fairly nice with some malty yeast and light hops. But as I drank it I noticed some alcohol taste which strangly did not decrese how drinkable it was. Plus the price is always right with this beer so you could put back two or three of them and not hurt your wallet.

Dark gold pour. Not a whole lot going on, just some straw and honey flavors, fairly sweet without being cloying. Pretty good.

(22oz bottle) Fluffy, medium off-white head atop crystal clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, some honey, light grassy. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, bread, some honey, hay/grassy, light alcohol. Medium body, light stickiness.

(22 oz. bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/massachusetts/w target=blank>Julio’s Liquors) Pours lightly hazy amber-gold with a tall biscuit head that recedes to about 1/4" and stays. Aroma of vanilla ice cream and a bit of hops. Mouthfeel smooth, light-medium full, a tiny bit prickly. Droopy, weepy rings of lacing. Flavor of fairly light caramel and vanilla maltiness, bit of pine and light alcohol booziness. Carries a medium-bitter pinch through finish. Slight bit of a rotten-eggy quality on back end. Flavor profile seems a little confused but still a pretty decent attempt at the style.
