Roast grassy aroma. Hazy orange color with a medium but quickly fading head. Mildly sweet malt taste with a slightly bitter nut finish. Light creamy palate.

22 oz bottle. Pours a coppery amber color with a 1/2" off white head. Minimal lacing. Sweet nose with caramel & malt notes. Mouthfeel was thick and chewy. Flavor was again, caramel with some honey. It is a sweet beer, but not cloyingly so. Really enjoyed it. It was a gift from my daughter, but I don’t believe it is overly expensive.

Copper pour with a white head. Sweet lightly smoked malt aroma...some light candied fruit as well. Flavor was smoky, sweet caramel and light fruits. Medium bodied, sweet with a sweet light smoky finish.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a nearly clear medium gold with a moderate, creamy white head. Pleasant aroma of caramel along with some light breadiness. Flavor is again caramel with some breadiness. No hops to speak of. A bit of whole grain alcohol flavor at the finish which I didn’t particularly care for. Not something I would go back to again.

Bottle: Pours a clear copper color with a white head. Aroma, light bready malts, some caramel, yeasty, herbal and grassy notes. Flavor, caramel, crisp malts, some sweetness. Drinks nice and smooth, really a nice bock.

poured a slightly cloudy golden hue with a thin white head which had some lacing. Aroma was a mix of grainy whole wheat bread-like malts with a subtle honey note. Flavor was sweet with honey, a nice grain character smooth out the sweetness. Some floral hops in the finish.

22 oz bomber. Pale amber beer with a creamy white head. Fairly yeasty/hazy appearance. Pale malt aroma with some fresh bready character. Lightly honeyed. Well-balanced flavour although a bit less in the way of sweetness than I’d normally expect. Soft earthy hops over pale hay-like malts. Decent beer, but not a great one.

On tap at Willimantic Brewing. Clear amber orange with almost no head. Sweet malt and caramel nose, some honeylike notes. Body is a bit thick, a touch sticky. Very sweet malt and honey flavors, light herbal hop is an afterthought. A bit overdone.
