Swalden28 (712), McKinney, Texas, USA Dec 18, 2007 Drinking one now, Has a nice clear golden color, White head, medium retention. Nice fuity aroma with a nice fruity note to the taste and a light malty flavor as well....nice after taste with noticible hop taste.......slightly bitter hopping, but I think they used flavor hops for slight bittering, which is normal, but could use a different variety. But, I do like this beer, a better lager then what I have tried lately.
travita (808), Lewisville, Texas, USA Sep 14, 2008 Copper colored with a light off white colored head. Clear in look. Aromas are malt, corn, and some hops. Taste is malts, corn, and hops. Decent balance missing though and somewhat weak. lightning9191 (82), Christiansburg, Virginia, USA Sep 1, 2008 Pours a golden hue with little head. The aroma is predominantly malty with some hops. The flavor is quite malty and is balanced with hops. The body is medium as is the carbonation. This beer is okay. I’d drink it again. Nothing special. stison42 (317), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA Aug 26, 2008 Clear gold. No head to speak of. Slight sweet hoppy aroma. Slight hop taste. Slightly refreshing. Slightly everything nothing stands out. jkwalking05 (184), Arlington, Texas, USA Jul 26, 2008 Rich golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of nuts, citrus and malt. Flavor is malty sweet with a light hop bitterness. hopscotch (4679), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Jul 12, 2008 Bottle... Clear, light golden ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Excellent retention. Biscuit malt and a dash of lemon compose the aroma. Medium-bodied with ticklish carbonation. Leans just a hair toward the bitter side of balance. Pale malt sweetness is barely overpowered by spicy, citric hop bitterness. Very, very lightly acidic. Crisp, and then dry finish. Bottle provided by scubarex!
