| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 3, 2007 Lighter with decent head. Typical pale ale, not very daring, but also has solid character. Decent hop presence with a watery touch similar to large domestic brews. A good refresher. emerica56 (583), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 2, 2007 This beer pours a cloudy pale orange color and a mild head with decent laceing around the glass. It has a nice floral and sweet smell to it. As you drink it you get some nice honey flavors and floral hints on the back of your palate. Initially is it rather bitter but that fades as you drink the beer. Drink4Satan (586), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Oct 1, 2007 Pours out a slightly hazy golden colour with a dense N2-like head that is creamy in appearance. The head laces very well, leaving a white ring after each gulp. The aroma was muted floral hops and honey-sweet malts. The floral hops smell almost like fragrant rose petals. The flavour is dissapointing after taking in the aroma for a few moments as the beer warmed. The watery palate hardly supports the malty flavours. The finish is similar to what you’d find in a corny lager, with a metalic bitterness. The initial flavour is subtly biscuity. As bland as this one is, it’s not very drinkable. If sipped to fast, the alcohol becomes increasingly present. hophead75 (1964), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 11, 2007 on tap at the Underground Pub in Pittsfield MA. Light amber/orange in color. Lightly malty aroma, with very light touches of floral hops. Taste is sweet pale malts, slight biscuity notes with some floral hop character. Lightly bittered, this beer is balanced but the hop character could have been more assertive. Body on the light side. This was okay, clean but nothing out of the ordinary. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Had this on tap at the Northampton Brewery. This Pale Ale shows light brown color and the malt shows thourhg in the aromas and into the mouthfeel. The sweetness of the malt on the palate give way to nice lugh hop notes. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 15, 2007 On-tap at Northampton Brewery. I am liking this Berkshire brewery as their product is above-average from the four I have tried. I could not get an aroma because of the chlorine used to clean the glass. Their was a light pale colour. The taste was very decent for a pale. Refreshing and crisp. JoeMcPhee (5025), Jackson Heights, New York, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 14, 2007 Tap at Northampton Brewing Company. Hazy pale golden beer with a creamy white head. Aroma is very faint, light pale malt, a bit of diacetyl as well. Dusty/wheaty aroma in back. Flavour is okay, but pretty standard. Light pale malt, a touch of breadiness. Meh… pretty boring really.
