Bottled. Golden coloured. Rather big malty aroma. Sweetish and chewy malt and bread flavour with some pleasant alcoholic notes. Very soft mouthfeel. Medium to full bodied. Great.

Bottle 50cl. Poured a rich, dark amber with a small bubbly white head. Strong malt whisky aroma with hints of orange and pepper. The taste is rich, sweet and strong, with a honey and aniseed flavour. This becomes more acidic in the finish, where the high alcohol content is clear. Thick palate. Nice tasty strong bock.

(bottle) Slightly hazy golden colour with a beautiful foamy yellowish head. Slightly sweet malty, bready aroma with grassy hops and metal. Sweet flavour medium to full bodied, smooth carbonation. Sweet malty taste with toasty and alcoholic notes, sweetbitter malty finish with a tinge of grassy hops and hints of metal.

Ooh, tenth review for this beer! Bottled. I’m decidedly a fan of the Kindl Bock Drunkel, but its brother suffers slightly by comparison. Beautiful sweet malty nose, though lacks any really distinct notes. Clear cupreous pour with a vanishing off-white head. No evidence of lacing. Syrupy, fruity and sweet with a little alcohol in the finish. Crisp and warming. A good one.

(Bottle 50 cl) Paleish - yet fully golden - beer with a very limited head. Fulbodied and sweet, but definitely not cloying. Actually a surprisingly harmonious and well made light Bock. 130205

Fruity start, and it stays fruity all the way through (Those orange melons). More fruity than the "Helles Bock" Berliner Bürgerbrau, but is not that well balanced.

Nice golden color. Nice smell of malts which are present in the first mouthfeel too, but disapear rather quickly. Well drinkable though.
