| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 31, 2006 Bottle 50cl. Poured a rich, dark amber with a small bubbly white head. Strong malt whisky aroma with hints of orange and pepper. The taste is rich, sweet and strong, with a honey and aniseed flavour. This becomes more acidic in the finish, where the high alcohol content is clear. Thick palate. Nice tasty strong bock. Grovlam (3825), Copenhagen, Denmark

[Courtesy of nicolascage, session @ Ølbaren] Large thick bubbly head that mostly lasted. Clear flat looking body with a golden color. Spare lacework. Aroma of grain, bread, dusty notes, hay and light grassy notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Balanced light bitter and sweet flavor. Dry and bitter grassy finish. 18-09-2007, Thanks Lars! gespletentong (7), Dn Burg, Netherlands does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 18, 2004 long bitter finnish golden color but too watery for a beer with 6,5% alcohol. nothing more to write about this beer EithCubes (2169), Indiana, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 2, 2006 Ooh, tenth review for this beer! Bottled. I’m decidedly a fan of the Kindl Bock Drunkel, but its brother suffers slightly by comparison. Beautiful sweet malty nose, though lacks any really distinct notes. Clear cupreous pour with a vanishing off-white head. No evidence of lacing. Syrupy, fruity and sweet with a little alcohol in the finish. Crisp and warming. A good one. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 10, 2009 Bottle, 7.0%. The aroma is weakly caramelly, slightly rough. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is slightly caramelly with a little bread. OK alcohol level, enough to give a good mouthfeel, but not much in the flavour. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark
